MGA tournaments are played under USGA rules. So if you finish EVERY putt, never improve your lie and have a solid understanding of what the colored stakes mean, you should be fine.
All we ask is that you do your best to follow the rules of golf. If you're unsure on a rule, find some dude in pleated khakis and ask him before proceeding.
Every Chapter Leader has authority granted upon him by El Presidente to penalize anyone he damn well pleases if they're being a douche or blatantly sandbagging. If you think your Chapter Leader is abusing this policy please contact MGA Headquarters immediately.
